We recommend planning your trip at least three months in advance, especially during the high season (May through October). While we can make arrangements on shorter notice, availability for our preferred hotels, expert guides, and exclusive experiences may be limited. The more time we have, the better we can ensure a seamless and unforgettable journey tailored to your needs.

What are Italian Routes’ payment terms?

To confirm your reservation, we require a 20% deposit upon approval of your selected travel package. The remaining balance must be paid 20 days before your departure date.

What happens after I make a reservation through your website?

Once your travel package is approved, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions via email. Payment options include major credit cards and secure online payment systems (e.g., Stripe).

Should I purchase travel insurance?

We strongly recommend purchasing aditional travel insurance at the time of booking. This protects you in case of trip cancellations, unexpected injuries, or lost belongings. We provide a basic and limited travel insurance and we encourage our clients to secure coverage through a reputable provider.

What kind of information will we receive before our trip?

Approximately one month before departure, you will receive a detailed travel package including:
